These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://wandercode.co (the “Site”), and any related pages, forms, and communications operated by WanderCode (“WanderCode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
WanderCode is a web development and digital services agency based in Lahore, Pakistan, serving clients internationally.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
These Terms apply to:
If you enter into a separate written agreement with WanderCode (for example, a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work), that agreement will control in case of conflict.
You agree not to:
We may block access or take other appropriate actions if we believe you violated these Terms.
Submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligate WanderCode to accept your project. Any timelines, prices, or deliverables discussed before a written agreement are estimates only and may change.
If you engage WanderCode for services, you agree to the following baseline terms unless a written contract states otherwise:
You will provide timely access to required materials (content, brand assets, hosting, domains, credentials, approvals) and respond to questions/requests without unreasonable delay. Delays on your side may impact timelines and may require schedule changes.
Project scope is defined by the written proposal or statement of work. Requests outside scope (new features, major revisions, new integrations, additional pages, new designs) may require a change order, additional fees, and updated timelines.
Some deliverables require third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics tools, ad platforms, payment processors, social platforms, APIs). You are responsible for third-party fees and compliance with their terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or limitations imposed by third parties.
If you authorize WanderCode to publish or deploy work on your behalf, you remain responsible for confirming accuracy of final content (including legal pages, claims, pricing, and regulatory requirements). Final approval from you means you accept the deliverable as provided.
The Site and its content (text, visuals, branding, layouts) are owned by WanderCode or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without written permission.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing, you grant WanderCode permission to display non-confidential project deliverables (e.g., screenshots, descriptions, outcomes) in our portfolio and marketing materials.
If you submit information via the Site (messages, project details, files, feedback), you confirm you have the rights to share it and it does not infringe others’ rights. You grant WanderCode permission to use the submission solely to respond, evaluate your request, and provide services.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details about how we collect and use personal data.
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
If you use software or solutions we build that integrate with third-party platforms (including social media platforms such as TikTok), you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the platform’s terms, policies, and applicable law. Platform approvals or production access are controlled by the platform, not by WanderCode.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is complete or current at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanderCode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Site or these Terms.
