Overview
We partnered to expand an existing generation, publishing, and campaign-scheduling foundation into a broad multi-brand marketing platform. We delivered media management, brand style controls, comment automation, hardened publishing, Google Ads support, template video editing, trend adaptation, compliant lead sourcing, market testing, and localization.
Challenges
- Media workflows were never fully productized, so teams had no reliable way to upload, validate, tag, store, and reuse marketing assets across brands and campaigns.
- Brand consistency was hard to enforce because tone, style, hashtags, CTAs, logos, and brand colors were not captured or persisted with generated content.
- Automated comment replies risked being unsafe or noisy, with no moderation, rate limits, spam controls, or safe-response modes to protect each brand's voice.
- The publishing pipeline was fragile, lacking standardized retries, error handling, campaign-to-post mapping, brand routing, and visibility into failures.
- There was no Google Ads foundation, leaving the team without OAuth account setup, campaign creation, keyword targeting, budgets, conversion hooks, or UTM conventions.
- Video content options were limited, with no template-based assembly for overlays, trims, transitions, brand colors, or editor output that could feed the publishing library.
- Content was slow to react to market trends because there was no scheduled trend refresh, style packs, brand-adaptation workflow, or feedback loop.
- Lead sourcing carried compliance and data-quality risk without official or licensed data sources, source tagging, suppression lists, opt-out handling, deduplication, enrichment, or deliverability checks.
- Global campaigns were blocked by localization gaps, with no language QA, cultural relevance checks, taboo screening, localized discovery, or geo-specific enrichment.
- Running multiple brands was unwieldy without brand and workspace ownership, account-token planning, permissions, and clear routing of work to the right brand.
Solution highlights
- We built a media library with upload, listing, tagging, and brand and campaign association, backed by a storage strategy using signed URLs or public access and asset validation for file type, size, and metadata.
- We wired tone and style controls into content generation and persisted them to social posts, adding style presets, multiple styles per request, hashtag and CTA storage, and quality guardrails for banned phrases, length, and platform limits.
- We shipped comment AI auto-reply rules driven by keywords, sentiment, urgency, and time windows, with per-brand safe response modes, spam controls, rate limits, a moderation queue, and an approve/reject workflow backed by a full audit log.
- We standardized publish flows with retries, error handling, campaign-to-post mapping, brand routing, publishing from uploaded assets, and observability covering logs, failure reasons, and platform responses.
- We established a Google Ads foundation with OAuth, account selection, read access, campaign, ad group, and ad creation, keyword targeting, budgets, conversion hooks, and UTM conventions.
- We delivered template-based video assembly with text overlays, logos, brand colors, trimming, text changes, transitions, and editor output connected to the publishing library.
- We integrated trend data with scheduled refresh, style packs, an adapt-to-brand workflow, a suggestion dashboard, and a feedback loop to keep content current.
- We created a prospect list builder on Apollo plus permitted official and licensed discovery sources, with normalization, deduplication, enrichment, deliverability checks, source tagging, suppression lists, and opt-out handling.
- We added a market-testing workflow covering market sizing, pricing bands, competitor scan, survey automation, a landing page, results capture, a success score, report summary, and export.
- We enabled multi-language campaign generation across content, email, and ads, plus a cultural relevance workflow for locale-specific tone, imagery guidance, taboo checks, language QA, localized discovery, and geo-specific enrichment.
Outcomes
- Marketing teams can now upload, organize, and reuse brand and campaign assets from a single media library instead of recreating media for every post.
- Every generated piece carries consistent brand identity through persisted tone, style presets, hashtags, CTAs, logos, brand colors, and style packs.
- Comment engagement runs safely at scale with rules, moderation, safe response modes, rate limits, and audit trails protecting each brand.
- Publishing is far more reliable thanks to standardized cross-platform flows, retries, metadata, logs, and clear failure reporting that make issues easy to trace.
- The team can plan and run paid search through a Google Ads foundation with targeting, budgets, conversion hooks, and reporting groundwork in place.
- Content variety expands with template-based video editing and reusable editing endpoints that flow straight into publishing.
- Campaigns stay current as refreshed trend inputs adapt content formats to each brand's context with a feedback loop for continual tuning.
- Lead sourcing is higher quality and more compliant, drawing on official or licensed sources with normalization, dedupe, enrichment, deliverability checks, suppression, and opt-out handling.
- New ideas can be validated before launch through research workflows, survey automation, scoring, reporting, and exports.
- The platform is ready for global, multi-brand operation with multi-language generation, cultural relevance checks, and brand and workspace ownership, routing, and account-token planning.
